I am starting the 100 day challenge again, same thing as last year, 30 mins of the activity of your choice( walking, biking, running, shoveling, weight training, etc..). You can not bank or double up for the next day but you can make it up the next day if you missed by doing 2 separate 30 min activities.
Je recommence le défi 100 jours, la même chose que l'an passé, 30 min activité par jours( marche, course, bicyclette, poids et altère, etc...). Tu ne peux pas banquer pour le lendemain mais tu peux reprendre une journée manqué avec deux activités de 30 min séparés.
