Looks like we may have to shovel again :D Did nd absolutely nothing last night but eat, drink and be merry - t'was my b-day. Today is a different story - looks like we well be shoveling and treadmilling it
paul and kerry did some mall walking in gatineau walked the dog again plus paul did 18 minutes on the thread mill
the exercises paul and kerry did were on thursday friday will be a wash out due to the weather

Retour de Tremblant...Ouf, c'est dur sur les jambes 2 jours de ski!!! Aujourd'hui,marche dans la tempête 30 min avec Liam et Nuage... Ça va être ça!
Change of heart...Just got back from walk with Alan and Anne-Marie. Beautiful night out there - Met up with some cross country skiers. Pretty neat :D
