Jour 30 Day 30

C'est incroyable de voir comment il est difficile de trouver le temps et la motivation pour faire 30 min d'activité.
It is amazing to me how hard it is to find the time and motivation for 30 minutes of activity.

    kerry and paul did over 10000 steps today 45 minutes indoor walking at he mall and 35 minutes out doors what a beautiful day sorry for those who have to work

    Circuit training at the GYM - I feel lucky i can just go on the GYM on my lunch break otherwise i dont think i would find the time/motivation to do 30 minutes of exercise a day, so way to go to you guys!!!!

    I ran 30 min... Liam had a snow day at Lac beauchamp and he did a lot more than its 30 min required!!
