paul and kerry did a 35 minute outdoor walk it was not that cold in the sun and out of the wind

Gen walked for 30 minutes at fast pace (the cold was kicking my butt)... good therapy after a long day of meetings! you are right, was not so cold after all!PS is it me getting old or the codes that we have to type in after each entry are getting impossible to read? I have had lucky guesses so far!
hahaha!! Genevieve! i dont have the same luck as you .. i keep entering the wrong codes, its really hard to prove you are not Robots!!-35 minutes of core training day and 15 minutes of abs workout.
